If you suddenly find Sawgrass Print Manager not working, you'll need to install the new Sawgrass Print Utility.
Sawgrass Print Utility, briefly named Sawgrass Print Mate, is replacing Print Manager (SPM) and will be required for all users. Read on to learn how to install the new Sawgrass printing software.
Start by going to the Sawgrass Ink website. Sign in.
Click the Sawgrass Print Utility option on the home page or get their directly through this link.
Select your operating system and then download onto your computer.
Once downloaded, click the file to begin the installation.
For MAC users you'll just drag and drop the Sawgrass Print Utility icon into the Applications folder.
Double click the shortcut to launch Sawgrass Print Utility.
You might get a blank white screen at first, so give it a second. The log in page should pop up.
You'll need to sign in again using the same credentials as you use on the Sawgrass website.
