You can easily make Silhouette stickers with a white edge in just a few clicks.
In this tutorial I'll show you how to add a white edge to stickers that you can print and cut with your Silhouette CAMEO or Portrait.
Start by importing your sticker designs into Silhouette Studio.
You can choose to import the PNG or the SVG (Designer Edition is required). The PNG files will be auto-traced to create cut lines as long as you have that option turned on.
To make a border you'll want to use the Offset tool. Select the Offset tool from the right sidebar to open the panel.
Select all of the images and then click "Offset." Don't click Apply yet.
This will add an offset or white border at the default distance. But if you look closer it may add a whole bunch of interior cut lines too.
Then click Apply.
You may still have some unwanted cut lines in larger spaces.
This will then give you access to select the unwanted cut line and delete it.
This will turn off any interior cut lines - including those around the sticker design itself.
Now you're ready to set you up your page for print and cut and make the Silhouette Stickers with a white edge.
I printed this set on Online Labels Sticker paper - like I always do. It prints well on all my printers and cuts kiss cut stickers perfectly!
