The set, which you can download below, includes three sizes of pumpkins (sized for adults and kids), #31, dots and stripes. Everything is already sized to fit 'average' nails. I'm assuming the two us are average haha....so don't resize the shapes.
Now these nail designs are tiny so they can be scary to cut and difficult to weed. Don't be scared!!
I had no problems cutting them on 651/permanent/outdoor vinyl with my CB09 Carbide blade and with a speed setting of 3.
The trick to weeding designs this small is to reverse weed. I actually took a shortcut to the shortcut for these. Start by cutting a small piece of transfer tape off the roll. (I prefer tape because you can see through it - which is ideal for placing on the nail.) Put the tape right over the cut vinyl design and burnish is.
Peel the tape back off bringing the cut design with it. If you try to weed this vinyl like you normally would you're likely going to end up pulling the tiny dots and lines up with the excess vinyl - so just trust me on this one. PS You can re-use the same piece of transfer tape multiple times. I used only 3 or 4 pieces total to transfer all of the designs onto our nails.
Place the vinyl decals on your pre-painted, well dried nails!
When I put vinyl decals on my toes I don't put anything over the vinyl. But when I put vinyl nail art on my finger nails I find I have better luck keeping the decals in place longer, if I put one or two coats of clear top coat over the vinyl. All thathand washing crafting and whatnot takes a toll!
And here's what you've been waiting for...the free download to the Halloween Nail Set. If you need a refresher on how to download and open free files in Silhouette Studio, check out this tutorial.
