Silhouette Paper Flowers Wreath Tutorial

Ya know what they say about the wheel, right?  There's no need to re-invent it - well the same could by said for this Silhouette paper flowers wreath.  I was planning a similar paper flowers tutorial when I came across this stunner

It was expertly made by Meredith over at Unoriginal Mom. OMGEEE...first off those are paper flowers. Paper.

Second of all she cut every one of those rosettes with her Silhouette and then carefully turned each and every single one into a beautiful flower...and ultimately a wreath.
