It was expertly made by Meredith over at Unoriginal Mom. OMGEEE...first off those are paper flowers. Paper.
Second of all she cut every one of those rosettes with her Silhouette and then carefully turned each and every single one into a beautiful flower...and ultimately a wreath.

And since no wreath of mine or paper flower, for that matter, can top Meredith's (nor can my patience rival hers)...I'm featuring her beautiful wreath today on the blog. But to get the full tutorial, you'll have to hop on over to Unoriginal Mom for the free cut file and step by step tutorial on making your own show stopping Silhouette paper flower wreath.
