Go ahead and wrap or curve your text as you normally would. By the way, putting text on a curve is called 'Text to Path.' If you need a refresher check out this tutorial for curving text.
Select the text.
Right click.
Select "Convert to Path"
Now you can delete the circle you were using to create the curved effect AND from the Replicate window you can mirror your text like you would any other image so that you can correctly cut on HTV.
